Refund Policy for Workshop Sessions and Keynotes

1. Workshop Session: I understand unforeseen circumstances can occur during my workshop session. If you need to cancel your participation, I offer a full refund up to 14 days before the session. After this period, I cannot offer refunds due to the preparation and resources allocated to your participation.
2. Keynote: I offer a 50% refund for my keynote bookings if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the event. Unfortunately, due to the extensive preparation, I cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.
