BOOK A SESSION

Hey, I'm Tomesha!

My passion is equipping healthcare providers with the knowledge and tools they need to make a real difference in combating health disparities faced by Black women.

Through targeted training and workshops, I uncover the profound impact of social determinants and racial disparities on Black women's health outcomes and explain how healthcare providers can advocate for and implement change.

My journey began with wanting to no longer be part of the problem, but the solution.

It was through my personal observations of the disparities faced by underserved communities, which ignited my determination to be part of the solution. Since then, I've dedicated myself to supporting initiatives that aim to understand and address the social determinants of health that disproportionately affect these communities.

My work has led me to collaborate with impactful organizations such as Autoimmune Wellness, Sip Herbals, Boston While Black, The Shift Society, Just Us Gals, and General Assembly. Known for my engaging and insightful presentations, I've also been a featured speaker at prominent events like The Black Women’s Health Conference, the AIP Summit, the Your Healthy Client Roster Summit, and Quarantine While Black.

My Why

Why I do what I do is simple: Health is a foundational right, not a privilege.

Through my work, I strive to dismantle barriers to health equity and inspire change within the healthcare system, advocating for policies and practices that recognize and respond to the unique needs of every community.

Let's connect and explore how we can combine our efforts to create a more inclusive and equitable healthcare landscape.
