Growing up, I learned that access to quality care should not depend on your race, gender, or background. This ignited my passion to advocate for those whose voices often go unheard. After serving in the Marine Corps, I transitioned into healthcare education, where I dedicated myself to understanding the nuances of implicit bias and its effects on patient care.

With over eight years of experience in health policy and research, I have worked alongside healthcare organizations, helping them implement strategies to address bias, improve patient outcomes, and foster inclusive environments. I have been featured in various platforms, including The Black Women's Health Conference and numerous healthcare publications, where I share insights on creating equitable healthcare systems. My commitment to this cause has allowed me to connect with thought leaders and practitioners dedicated to making a difference.
